Elsenham Surgery

Notices

***Saturday Flu Clinic 4th October - 9am – 11am***

It’s that time of year again.  Autumn has begun, the cold weather’s coming… and so, unfortunately, is the flu.

The flu jab is currently the only way to protect yourself.  The good news is that if you are ‘at risk’ you are entitled to a flu vaccination free of charge.

Please contact Reception on 01279 814730 to book your vaccination.

AUTOMATED ARRIVALS SCREEN

Since mid-August, we have had an Arrival Screen in the waiting room where you can check yourself in for your appointment. This is designed to shorten the queues at busy times in and free the Receptionist up to deal more effectively with patient queries.

Please give it a try, and do ask the Receptionist if you try to use our screen and have difficulties doing so.

For more details, please see our Summer Newsletter 2007

HOME VISITS AND SMOKING AT HOME

The Practice takes its responsibility for maintaining the health of its healthcare professionals very seriously.  We would therefore advise that when a patient requests a home visit, all members of the household are asked to refrain from smoking until the Doctor has completed his/her examination and has left the patient's home.

Your cooperation is appreciated.

Thank you.
